GREEN BAY - A pair of dinosaurs from the Neville Public Museum are back home.
Big Mama and Baby Bones were on vacation since November 14.
The dinosaurs returned home with fresh paint and an anatomically correct position.
Museum officials say this project was dubbed "Project T-Rex."
They say it allowed the museum to combine art and science aspects in a fun and educational way.
Those involved say it's great to have the dinosaurs back at the museum.
"Every time I came across the bridge, I knew they were in the wrong position, but what could you do about it? But finally we had the chance to change 'em and set 'em the way they should be," said Don Debaker, sculptor.
"It's another great enhancement to the downtown, it speaks for who we are here, some community that cares about history and very much about education," said Green Bay Mayor Jim Schmitt.
The dinosaurs also traveled, via Photoshop of course, to different Green Bay locations throughout their vacation. They even made a little pit stop here at FOX 11.
