GREEN BAY - This first snowfall of the year didn't seem to cause too many issues around Lambeau. Authorities said it was pretty calm.

Winter Storm Alan didn't faze those heading to the Packers-Lions game.

"Never experienced snow like this?" FOX 11 asked. "No, never in my life," responded Susan Moser of Los Angeles, California. "It's pretty awesome! We love it!"

Despite the constant snowfall, the parking lots and driveways surrounding the field were jam-packed.

In fact, as the day went on, some said the more, the merrier.

"This actually makes the game and it enhances the game really, you really get a good feel for it," said Renee Ninneman of De Pere.

But don't let the smiles fool you. Those who had to brave the roads say it wasn't an easy trip.

"Adventurous, I would say," said James Parent of Hudson. "Roads were pretty slick. Took us about an extra hour and a half."

"I drove in this morning, and it wasn't pretty coming up from Racine," said Ike Wells of Grand Rapids, Michigan.

But getting to the game wasn't what worried authorities the most. It's the post game travels. Authorities hope fans drive responsibly and don't get behind the wheel if they've been drinking.

"People just need to slow down when its weather like this," said Ashwaubenon Public Safety Lt. Scott Schermitzler. "Probably going to be a little more sloppy with that brings more slips and falls and slippery conditions both on the roads and along the sidewalks."

The multi-jurisdictional OWI Brown County Task Force will be out after the game.

Authorities will be joined by officers from the Fox Valley and Winnebago County drunken driving task forces.
