GREEN BAY - Santa and Mrs. Claus took time away from the North Pole to make a special stop in Green Bay.
The couple had breakfast at the Beja Shrine Center Sunday morning.
Kids sat on Santa's lap to put in last-minute gift requests and have their pictures taken.
They also decorated Christmas cookies.
The event raises money so the Shriners can continue hosting community events.
"This is one of our fraternal fundraisers and everything stays local here. And, it's a chance to just bring in Santa and have a good time," said Beja Shriners president David Oshefsky.
The annual event is open to the public.
This the third year Santa and Mrs. Claus have visited the center.
