Gordmans could be coming to Ashwaubenon

ASHWAUBENON - A new development is in the works in Ashwaubenon.

The national retail chain Gordmans is looking to build a store near Bay Park Square Mall, close to the intersection of Holmgren Way and Cormier Rd.

It will be the Omaha-based chain's fifth store in the state. It has two locations in the Appleton area.

Village President Mike Aubinger tells FOX 11 this project has been in the making for a couple of years.

With the village plan commission's approval of the 50,000 square foot facility, the village board is expected to make a final decision Tuesday.
