Main Street hit-and-run crash

Green Bay police say a 52-year-old man has died after a hit-and-run crash on the city’s east side. It happened Sunday before 7:30 p.m. in the 1400 block of Main Street.

Police seek 2 vehicles in hit-and-run

GREEN BAY - Green Bay police are looking for two more vehicles in connection with a fatal hit-and-run crash last week.

Officers are looking two black SUV-type vehicles. Witnesses saw them pull over next to each other soon after the crash while others stopped to help. The vehicles then left, headed east on Main Street.

The crash happened July 8 on the 1400 block on Main Street. Daryl Wayke, 52, was hit by a Pontiac Grand Am, which police have not found. He later died at a hospital.
