Initial appearance in food stamp fraud case

GREEN BAY - A Green Bay accused of committing food stamp fraud made his first court appearance Tuesday.
Prosecutors say Manuelus Reacco, of the men's shelter The Transformation House, used food stamp cards to feed the shelter, instead of just one individual as they are intended.
Reacco faces jail time and several thousand dollars in fines.
He is scheduled to return to court later this month.
