Buckles ordered to stand trial

GREEN BAY - The man police say led them on a high-speed chase has been ordered to stand trial.

A preliminary hearing was held Monday for Kyle Buckles, 25. He's charged with fleeing an officer and obstruction.

Police say the chase started July 7 in Oconto County. It ended in Brown County. During the chase, a Brown County sheriff's deputy lost control of his car. The squad car crossed the median and hit another vehicle. The Milwaukee woman driving the other vehicle was taken to the hospital with serious injuries.

Buckles is due back in court Aug. 6 to enter a plea.
