GREEN BAY - A Green Bay man accused of committing food stamp fraud has pleaded not guilty.
Prosecutors say Manuelus Reacco, who has run the men's shelter The Transformation House, used food stamp cards to feed the shelter, instead of just one individual as they are intended.
Reacco has been free on a signature bond since last month.
A trial has been set for March 7. If convicted, Reacco faces jail time and several thousand dollars in fines.
