GREEN BAY - If you're headed over to Lambeau tonight, you may want to bring an appetite and your pocketbook. That's because there are new food items on the menu.
Delaware North Companies Sportservice, the Packers new food service partner, is especially promoting its Pac 'n Cheese.
Four varieties: chili mac, brat mac, buffalo chicken mac and regular mac and cheese.
They are all made with local cheeses.
"When we first got into town, we started thinking about local favorites, first couple things that came to mind where obviously bratwurst and Wisconsin cheese, so we took some of those flavors and combined them into some interesting dishes for you,” said Charlie Millerwise, general manager of Sportservice.
"Nobody has not liked it yet, everyone has loved it, so every flavor is good in and of itself, it's just a matter of which one you like,” said Cliff Johnson, executive chef.
There will be two kiosks in the 100 level selling the Pac 'n Cheese.
Also new this year at Lambeau is the Wisconsin Nachos, which are waffle fries smothered in cheese, sour cream, bacon and green onions.
Or the Big Brat, which is a foot long brat with sauerkraut.
And finally, there's the Lambeau Heap, which is a one-pound barbeque bacon, curd burger.
