The Oneida Seven Generations Corp. filed an appeal Monday of the dismissal of its lawsuit against the city of Green Bay.
The city granted, but later revoked, an operational permit for a trash-to-energy plant. The Oneida Seven Generations Corp. appealed the decision to the circuit court - which ruled in the city's favor.
Oneida Seven Generations Corp. officials said at the time they were considering a further appeal, seeking to have the decision overturned as well as damages for the $4 million it had spent on the project. That was filed Monday, according to online court records.
