WRIGHTSTOWN - A 21-year-old Wrightstown man has minor injuries after being struck by a truck’s passenger side mirror.
It happened Wednesday around 5:58 p.m. on Fair Rd. in the Village of Wrightstown.
Sheriff’s officials say a 46-year-old De Pere was driving down the road when his mirror struck one of two pedestrians walking on the shoulder of the road. Officials say the impact flung the 21-year-old man in the air and into the ditch.
Authorities say the driver of the truck didn’t see the pedestrians at the time of the incident.
The man injured was transported to the hospital. He was treated and released.
Authorities say no citations have been issued at this point in the investigation.
