Peter Hawpetoss arrested

GREEN BAY - The final suspect in a Green Bay beating and abduction has been arrested.

Green Bay police said they found Peter Hawpetoss, 26, hiding in an apartment complex on S. Taylor St.

Hawpetoss was wanted in connection with the Aug. 25 beating and abduction of James Office on Day St. in Green Bay. Authorities said Office was beaten and stabbed outside a home, then put in the trunk of a car and dropped him off near Keshena.

Three other people: Rodney Reed, 41, Kevin Kaquatosh, 28, and Joyce Reed, 26, have been charged in connection with the incident. Joyce Reed told investigators the five were all partying together when she and Hawpetoss, her boyfriend, got into a fight with Office over drugs.
