GREEN BAY - Lambeau Field was extra busy Wednesday.
Preparations are underway for an annual Thanksgiving dinner in the Lambeau Field Atrium.
Members of Christian Outreach and other volunteers spent the day preparing a Thanksgiving feast.
Organizers say more than 300 volunteers helped prepare the meals.
Another 1,100 people will receive meals to their home.
Some say it's a rewarding experience.
"It's really neat when we get mail from people and they say thank you so much for a great meal and they send $20 as a check and say I was here with my daughter or son, it was a great meal, thanks for the service and that type of things so, warms your heart,” said Jessica Zeitler with Christian Outreach.
All of those at the dinner pre-registered. Organizers say this year reservations filled up in 10 days.
