GREEN BAY - There wasn't a Packers game at Lambeau Field this Thanksgiving, but the stadium was still busy.
Hundreds of people gathered in the Lambeau Field atrium for the 10th annual Thanksgiving dinner.
More than 300 volunteers were on hand yesterday to prepare the feast.
Those who volunteered say there were many reasons to help with this event.
"There's a need out there. Not only for the people that aren't able to have a Thanksgiving meal with their family but also for all the volunteers. We definitely get a lot out coming here today and seeing everybody's faces and getting to have conversations with the people that are here," said Jessica Zeitler with Christian Outreach.
More than nine hundred people had their dinner at Lambeau.
Then another 1,100 got meals delivered to their homes.
