Case couldn't be resolved, attorneys say

GREEN BAY - A February 16 trial date has been set for Green Bay Packers linebacker Erik Walden.

He faces a misdemeanor disorderly conduct charge for an incident with his girlfriend. A pre-trial conference is set for Feb. 13.

Attorneys said in court Tuesday the case couldn't be resolved short of a trial.
