Weidner Center hosts annual Jazz Fest

GREEN BAY - People enjoyed the sound of music at the 43rd annual UW-Green Bay Jazz Fest Saturday.

The concert took place at the university's Weidner Center for the Performing Arts.

It featured the musical talents of middle and high school students in jazz and vocal jazz ensembles.

Students also got to participate in music clinics and perform with world-renowned jazz trumpeter Bobby Shew.
