Snowplow incident in Manitowoc County

MANITOWOC COUNTY - A disabled snowplow has been removed from Highway 10 in Manitowoc County.

It happened Thursday morning at Highway 10 and Miller Road, a few miles from Brillion.

Traffic had been re-routed for a few hours.

Authorities at the scene wouldn't comment on what happened.
