MANITOWOC - A 21-year-old man is being held on a $25,000 cash bond following a double fatal crash Sunday morning.
Dylan Karnitz appeared in court Monday on expected charges of homicide by intoxicated use of a motor vehicle.
The deadly crash happened Sunday around 2:45 a.m. at the intersection of 9th and Huron streets.
Police say Christopher Mark, 23, of Manitowoc and Zachary Gates, 24, of Two Rivers died after two vehicles collided.
Five others were injured. One was flown to a hospital and four others were treated for non-life threatening injuries.
Karnitz is scheduled to make his initial appearance March 11.
