CLEVELAND - Fire destroyed a barn in Manitowoc County Friday morning.
Cleveland firefighters say they were called to Schmidt Excavating, 8229 North Ave., just after 6 a.m. Firefighters from at least 10 departments responded, with the last firefighters leaving the scene around 12:40 p.m. One firefighter suffered minor injuries.
Antique farm equipment, machinery and trucks were stored in the barn.
The fire also caused minor damage to the siding of a house across the driveway from the barn.
