Esther waives preliminary hearing

STURGEON BAY - A woman who allegedly provided drugs in a fatal overdose case waived her preliminary hearing Monday.

Andrea Esther, 28, is charged with reckless homicide in the death of Demetrias Moya.

Prosecutors argue Moya died in October, after taking the pain-killing drug oxymorphone that Esther had given him.

Esther is scheduled to return to court on March 5th to enter a plea.
