TOWN OF RHINE - One person was killed after a single vehicle crash Monday morning in Sheboygan County.
It happened around 9:20 a.m. on Golf Course Rd. near Garton Rd. in the Town of Rhine.
Sheriff’s officials say the driver of the vehicle was southbound on Golf Course Rd. and lost control on a snow-covered and slippery curve. Authorities say the vehicle then went into the ditch, striking a tree before coming to a stop.
Authorities say the driver was declared dead at the scene.
The name of the person killed is expected to be released Tuesday morning.
