FRANCIS CREEK - Manitowoc County sheriff’s officials are looking for the two people who robbed a convenience store at gunpoint Saturday night.
Investigators say the robbers walked into the Marathon Plaza Mini-Mart in Francis Creek around 10:30 p.m. They pointed a black semiautomatic pistol with a silver barrel at the clerk. They took cigarettes, lottery tickets and money, getting away in a light blue or gray four-door Dodge Intrepid.
The first robber is described as a white male, between 5-foot-7 and 6-feet tall with a thin build. He was wearing a red baseball cap, a black mask, a black hooded sweatshirt with a small white symbol on the left bicep area of the sleeve, light-colored or white jeans with holes in the right leg, and black and white tennis shoes.
The second robber is described as a white male, between 5-foot-7 and 6-feet tall with a thin build. He was wearing a black hooded sweatshirt with thin horizontal stripes, a white shirt under the sweatshirt, dark gray or black jeans, black tennis shoes, and a grayish-green ski mask with larger eye holes.
