SHEBOYGAN - A Glenbeulah man has been charged with first-degree intentional homicide in a shooting at a Sheboygan County bar.

Frank Hvizdak, 63, was charged Thursday in Sheboygan County court. Prosecutors allege Hvizdak shot and killed Jason TenPas, 31, at Racer's Hall in Sheboygan Falls.

After the shooting, investigators said two people tackled Hvizdak. He was hurt and taken to the hospital, where he was treated and released to the Sheboygan County Detention Center.

Hvizdak is currently being held on $750,000 bail. He is due back in court Sept. 8.
