SHEBOYGAN (AP) - A Wisconsin woman accused of killing her infant daughter nearly 56 years ago has reached a plea deal that calls for 45 days in jail.

A judge accepted the plea agreement Monday for 76-year-old Ruby Klokow.

Sheboygan County District Attorney Joe De Cecco recommended the jail term plus 10 years probation for Klokow, citing her advanced age and health as factors.

Klokow was charged with second-degree murder after her son, James Klokow Jr., came forward in 2008 with horrific stories of childhood abuse.

A criminal complaint said Ruby Klokow admitted causing the death of her 6-month-old baby, Jeaneen.
