TWO RIVERS - Five people were taken to the hospital after a car collided with a tractor.

The crash happened late Monday afternoon on Highway 42 and County Road VV in Two Rivers.

According to authorities, the car and tractor were traveling south on 42.

The tractor was about to make a left turn onto VV, when the car passed it on the left.

The car hit the tractor and a telephone pole before stopping in the ditch.

All five people in the car were transported to the hospital.

Their conditions are unknown at this time.
