Barbara Wawrzyn accused of stealing from Reinhart

SHAWANO - A Gillett woman faces eleven charges for allegedly stealing nearly $300,000 from Reinhart Foods in Shawano.
According to the criminal complaint, Barbara Wawrzyn was the credit manager for the company. The thefts allegedly took place between December 2009 and October 2010. A total of $290,994.16 was missing, according to a company audit.
Wawryzn gave various reasons for delayed deposits, including claiming the money had been stolen from her car.
If convicted, she faces a maximum of 116 years in prison. Her initial court appearance is scheduled for Nov. 19.
