MENOMINEE COUNTY - A 24-year-old man died in a snowmobile crash late Friday evening.

It happened on the Cedar River in Menominee County, Michigan.

Sheriff’s officials say Timothy Graham of Spalding, Michigan struck some trees while snowmobiling on the river. He died at the scene of head trauma.

Graham was wearing a helmet and protective equipment.

Investigators believe speed, loss of control and alcohol are factors in the crash.
