Marinette County crash kills 1
Speed, alcohol believed to be factors

TOWN OF NIAGARA - A 42-year-old Niagara man is dead following a single-vehicle crash in Marinette County.
It happened just before 1:15 Sunday morning on County Road N near County Road O in the Town of Niagara.
Officials say Shane Spade was driving east on County N when his truck went off the road, rolled and hit a power pole. Spade was ejected from the truck.
He was pronounced dead at the scene.
Officials say Spade was the only occupant in the truck.
They believe speed an alcohol were factors in the crash.
Marinette County says this is its first traffic fatality in 2013.
