Marion campground owner charged

WAUPACA COUNTY - The owner of an area campground has been charged with sexual assault of a child.

Jay Fischer, 52, owns Crazy J's Campground in Marion.

According to the complaint, Fischer repeatedly touched a girl when she was 12 to 15 years old.

Fischer is scheduled to be back in court on Tuesday.

Fisher is the second owner of the Marion campground to be charged in a sexual assault case.

Brian Miller reached a plea deal last year after he made sexual advances against three men at the campground, which was then called Kastle Kampground.
