BLACK CREEK - Power is back on in Outagamie County, following a crash Sunday morning.

It happened before 3:30 a.m. on Highway 47 at Brandt Road in Black Creek.

Officials say a vehicle went into a ditch and hit a power pole, knocking down lines.

The accident left more than 1,000 customers without power, but electricity was restored to most of those customers by 6:30 a.m.

We Energies was called to the scene to repair the downed lines.

A portion of Highway 47 was closed while crews repaired the lines but has since reopened.
