CHILTON (AP) - Police have seized cell phone and text message records of the four Wisconsin women accused in a case of romantic revenge.
The seizure was disclosed during an initial appearance Monday in Calumet County court for Tracy Hood-Davis of Fond du Lac. She's the wife of the man who police say was lured to a motel in Stockbridge last month and held against his will. Three of the four women say they were romantically involved with the 37-year-old man.
Prosecutors say the man agreed to let one of the women, Therese Ziemann, tie him up. They say Ziemann then called the other women to the motel room where they taunted him and Ziemann glued his penis to his stomach.
The four are charged with party to false imprisonment. Ziemann is also charged with misdemeanor sexual assault.
