GREEN BAY (AP) - Dick's Sporting Goods Inc. has agreed to settle a lawsuit alleging several stores overcharged customers.
The state Department of Agriculture, Trade and Consumer Protection alleged that scanned prices at stores in Ashwaubenon, Appleton, Madison and Mount Pleasant were higher than advertised. The agency claimed it could prove 17 such violations.
The lawsuit doesn't say what products were overcharged.
Dick's agreed to pay $23,665 in fines and fees to settle the suit.
