GREEN BAY (AP) - Human remains found by hunters in the Brown County town of Morrison couldn't be transported to the state crime lab in Madison Monday because of poor road conditions.

Sheriff's Capt. Jeff Sanborn said the skeletal remains should be in Madison Tuesday, and the crime lab might provide information on them for local investigators by late the same day.

The skeleton was found last Wednesday. The remains and the frozen dirt around the bones have been held in the morgue at St. Vincent Hospital until being sent to the crime lab to be examined by a forensic pathologist.
