The Wisconsin Department of Transportation Northeast Region office at Green Bay is providing this reminder that a ribbon cutting has been scheduled marking the completion of the US 41 expansion project in Marinette County. It will be held Thursday, November 12 at the rest area on US 41 between Marinette and Peshtigo adjacent to Seguin’s House of Cheese, beginning at 1:30 p.m. The event is being hosted by the city of Peshtigo and Marinette County.
Among the dignitaries invited to participate is U.S. Congressman Steve Kagen, state and local legislators and officials and WisDOT staff. The ceremony will feature the Marinette County Sheriff Department color guard and the Peshtigo High School Band and Student Council.
