Woman killed in crash

TOWN OF BLOOMFIELD - A 26-year-old woman was killed in a crash near Fremont Sept. 8.

The Waushara County Sheriff’s Dept. said Danielle Hill-Kiernicki was driving her SUV east on Highway HH near 35th Court, when she lost control of the SUV and it rolled over into the ditch. Hill-Kiernicki was airlifted to Theda Clark Medical Center in Neenah, where she died Sept. 10. A two-year-old girl riding in a car seat did not appear to be hurt, but was taken to the hospital to be evaluated.
