GREEN BAY - An 18-year-old Green Bay man has been charged with two counts of having sexual intercourse with a child over the age of 16, and two counts of battery, arising out of an incident that occurred in August 2008.
The state Department of Justice has charged Kyle M. Fay with having nonconsensual sex with two girls at an underage drinking party. The party was at the home of Green Bay Packers offensive coordinator Joe Philbin, who was not home at the time. Philbin’s son Michael, was sentenced to six months in jail in March for also assaulting the girls.
If convicted, Fay could spend up to three years in jail.
