GREEN BAY - Kyle Fay pleaded not guilty Thursday to two counts of having sexual intercourse with a child over the age of 16, and two counts of battery, arising out of an incident that occurred in August 2008.

The state Department of Justice charged Fay, 18, with having nonconsensual sex with two girls at an underage drinking party. The party was at the home of Green Bay Packers offensive coordinator Joe Philbin, who was not home at the time. Philbin’s son Michael, was sentenced to six months in jail in March for also assaulting the girls.

Fay was released on a $25,000 signature bond. He is due back in court Aug. 13 for a plea and sentencing hearing.
