GREEN BAY - Stephen Siebert’s blood alcohol concentration was 0.247 when the car he was driving crashed head-on with a car carrying three people, Brown County coroner Al Klimek said Thursday.

Police said the 53-year-old Siebert was driving an SUV north in the southbound lanes on Highway 41 around 1 a.m. June 19, when he collided with a car headed south. Siebert, along with the driver of the car, 20-year-old Paige Riley-Berg and the front-seat passenger, 17-year-old Arielle Lewandowski, were killed instantly. The back seat passenger, 19-year-old Samuel Goudy, died later that afternoon of injuries suffered in the crash.

Tests showed no alcohol in Riley-Berg’s system.
