Some area paper companies are applauding a decision by the International Trade Commission to look into paper imports from China and Indonesia.
Appleton Coated, along with NewPage and Sappi Fine Paper went to the commission with concerns. The companies say the overseas paper companies are hurting domestic companies.
The commission has already looked into the issue once. In 2007, the Commission ruled that what China was doing was not hurting U.S. paper companies.
