MENASHA - A fire at a downtown Menasha paper mill caused traffic problems Thursday afternoon.

Officials say the fire started just after 2:45 p.m. at the Sonoco paper mill. They say it began just under the roof line in the ventilation. Crews were able to quickly contain the fire.

Officials say the building was evacuated and no one was injured.

The Tayco Street Bridge was closed for just over two hours as firefighters battled the fire.

There is no word on what caused the fire.
