STOCKBRIDGE - Four area women are facing serious charges for allegedly attacking a married man. Three of the women say they were romantically involved with him and looking for revenge.
48-year-old Therese Ziemann of Menasha, 43-year-old Wendy Sewell of Kaukauna, 43-year-old Michelle Belliveau and the man's wife are facing up to six years in prison, each charged with being party to false imprisonment.
FOX 11 will not identify the man or his wife because he is a possible victim of sexual assault.
"It wasn't spur of the moment it was planned over the course of a couple days as I understand," Calumet County District Attorney Ken Kratz said.
Kratz says Ziemann and Sewell discovered they were seeing the same married man when his wife began calling his girlfriends. According to the criminal complaint the man's wife told Ziemann he was married with children. She also told Ziemann he was seeing other women and using them for money.
On Thursday, court documents show Ziemann lured the man to a Stockbridge motel offering a massage. But prosecutors say the four women had planned much more than that, they wanted revenge.
Kratz says Ziemann tied the man up, cut off his underwear then sent a text message telling the other women to come into the room.
"They did, they confronted him, he was physically assaulted," Kratz said.
And he says sexually humiliated, as Ziemann super-glued the mans
genitals to his stomach. Court records show the women then
confronted him about his infidelity asking, "which one do you love
more?" and "who do you want to grow old with? "
Sewell wouldn't go on camera for an interview, but told FOX
11 there is more to this story, saying the truth needs to be told
but she is afraid to say much with out an attorney.
All four women are charged will false imprisonment, Ziemann is also charged with fourth-degree sexual assault. Ziemann, Sewell and Belliveau will be back in court Monday. The man's wife will make her first appearance the Monday after that.
