Arraignment date set for deer slaying suspect

WAUPACA COUNTY - One of the men charged with a deer thrill kill in Waupaca County will be back in court.

Robby Kuenzi is set to enter his plea in March.

Kuenzi along with two others, are accused of running down five deer and killing them.

Kuenzi's attorney has said that he does not expect the case to go to trial.

The attorney says he expects to reach a conclusion before that happens.

Meanwhile, a court date has also been set for one of the other suspects, Nicholas Hermes.

Hermes will be back in court next month for a preliminary hearing.
