Manitowoc man in custody after an alleged fight with a woman

A Manitowoc woman is out of the hospital after police say she was injured during a fight with a man.
Around 10 p.m. Tuesday, Manitowoc police responded to the 1000 block of South 11th for a report of a woman being assaulted.
Police along with the Manitowoc County SWAT team blocked the area because police say the suspect had a gun and wouldn't let the woman leave.
The SWAT team was able to get inside the house. A 32-year-old Manitowoc man was taken into custody and the 27-year-old woman was treated and released.
The man faces multiple charges including false imprisonment.
