WASHINGTON D.C (AP) - At least two people who were killed when an Army psychiatrist allegedly opened fire on fellow soldiers at Fort Hood, Texas, will be buried at Arlington National Cemetery.
Cemetery spokeswoman Kaitlin Horst said arrangements have been finalized for a soldier from Maryland and another from Virginia. Lt.
Col. Juanita Warman of Havre De Grace, Md., will be buried Nov. 23 at 1 p.m. The 55-year-old was a military physician assistant with two daughters and six grandchildren. She was at Fort Hood preparing for deployment to Iraq.
Maj. Libardo Eduardo Caraveo of Woodbridge, Va., will be buried Nov. 25 at 9 a.m. He was a 52-year-old Mexican immigrant who earned his doctorate in psychology. He was preparing to deploy to Afghanistan.
