WAUPACA COUNTY - Waupaca County health officials have scheduled two H1N1 flu vaccine clinics. They will be available to the following target groups:
• Pregnant women
• Persons who live with or provide care for infants less than six months old
• Healthcare workers with direct patient contact
• Children aged 6 months to 4 years
• Children and adolescents aged 5-18 years who have medical conditions that place them at higher risk for influenza-related complications.
The first clinic will be held in the lower level of the Waupaca County Courthouse on Thursday, November 12. The other one will be in Manawa at the Masonic Center on 520 N. Bridge Street on November 19. Both clinics will be from 2-6 p.m.
Health officials say no appointed is required and there is no charge. Children under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.
