FOND DU LAC - A plea deal has been reached for one of three suspects in a Fond du Lac, where a body was disposed of under the ice of Lake Winnebago.
A plea hearing for Donald Worth in Fond du Lac County Circuit Court on Friday afternoon was added to the court's calendar Tuesday. He faces charges of mutiliating a corpse, aiding a felon and resisting an officer.
The Fond du Lac County District Attorney's office declined to release details of the plea before Friday's hearing.
Brandon Mueller is charged with killing Renee Redmer at his mother's Fond du Lac residence. Mueller his mother, Nancy Pinno, allegedly transported the body to Worth's residence, where Mueller and Worth allegedly burned the body before disposing of it under the ice of Lake Winnebago in January.
Pinno returns to court Thursday for a motions hearing, with a Dec. 14 trial date. Mueller returns to court Dec. 22 for a motions hearing; no trial date has been set.
