Kagen discusses election win

APPLETON - Democratic U.S. Rep. Steve Kagen will be holding onto his Eighth District seat.

He defeated Republican challenger John Gard for the second time Tuesday night.

Kagen is the first member of his party to be re-elected in the Eighth Congressional District in 30 years.

Kagen joined Good Day Wisconsin Wednesday from Appleton to talk more about the election.
