For the second time in two years, U.S. Rep. Steve Kagen (D-Wis.)
had a tough battle. He defeated Republican challenger John
Gard to keep his seat in Congress.
It was a close race until the end, but Gard wasn't able to
oust Kagen.
Gard joined Good Day Wisconsin Wednesday to talk about the
race and what's next.
