February is heart month, and most people know to call your doctor or 9-1-1 when you have chest pain.
But what if you live in a small town, and the help you need is miles away in a big city?
A new program in the Fox Valley puts rural hospitals in direct touch with bigger hospitals that specialize in cardiac care.
