NEW BERLIN, Wis. (AP) - Three people are dead and three others injured after a two-car crash in New Berlin.
Police have not released the names, ages or hometowns of the victims, pending notification of family members.
The Milwaukee Journal Sentinel reports that police are still investigating.
The crash happened before 10 a.m. Sunday when a Chrysler 300 carrying two people left the roadway on Sunny Slope Road and struck a Ford Focus sport utility vehicle that was at a stop sign on Glencove Parkway.
The three dead were among four people in the stopped vehicle.
Of the survivors, one had to be flown to Froedtert Hospital in Wauwatosa, and the other two were taken to other hospitals.
